We focus on high-yield residential opportunities, including buy-refurbish-refinance (BRR) projects, buy-to-let properties, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), serviced accommodation and below-market-value flips. Each deal comes with our own analysis of the numbers, the area and the strategy behind it.

BRR stands for Buy, Refurbish, Refinance. You purchase a property below market value, add value through refurbishment, and then refinance against the new, higher value. Done well, this can release much of your original capital so it can be deployed into the next deal, allowing you to build a portfolio faster than a standard purchase.

No. We work with investors in the UK and overseas. All of the professional work, legal, mortgage and surveying, can be handled remotely, and we can introduce you to UK-based solicitors and brokers experienced with overseas buyers.

Every deal is different. We share projected yields, return on capital employed (ROCE) and capital growth potential with each opportunity, based on our own analysis and local market data. These are estimates, not guarantees. Property values and rental income can fall as well as rise.

Yes, like any investment, property carries risk. Capital can be at risk, refurbishments can cost more than expected, void periods and interest rate changes can affect returns, and property is not always quick to sell. We are upfront about the risks on every deal we present and encourage thorough due diligence before you commit. All investments are made entirely at your own risk.

Yes. We have an established network of mortgage brokers, solicitors, accountants, surveyors and letting agents who work with property investors every day. We're happy to introduce you, and the choice of who you instruct is always yours.

We focus on UK towns and cities with strong rental demand, solid yields and genuine regeneration or growth. The North West, Wales and other growth corridors feature regularly in our deals. Join the deal group to see opportunities in specific areas as they come up.

Yes. Many of our investors purchase through a limited company or SPV for tax efficiency. We recommend speaking with a qualified accountant or tax adviser about the right structure for your circumstances, and we can introduce you to one if needed.
